Any use of the letters GAPS on this website are used solely as an acronym for Gut and Psychology Syndrome.

I am a mother of 3 handsome boys.  All my 3 boys presented with speech delays and received Regional Center services during their early childhood years.  My youngest boy underwent a psychological evaluation at 3 years of age, and he was diagnosed with Autism.   I began to implement the GAPS Protocol when my son was close to being 4 years old and he is now thriving and has lost many of his Autism symptoms.  If you are a parent with a child with autism or other developmental difficulties, you are not alone.  If you are an adult who suffers from anxiety and sadness, you are not alone.  If you are constantly highly stressed, you are not alone. If you are constantly suffering from health problems, you are not alone.  If you are trying to heal from traumatic events/experiences in your life you are not alone.  It is important to understand that you are not alone, and you have the courage to seek help.
Move on Motive Counseling incorporates psychoeducation, coaching, exploration of self-discipline, psychotherapy, strengthening a positive mental attitude and Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Protocol throughout treatment.  The goal is to help you develop habits, a positive mindset and lifestyle changes that will result in successfully targeting your overall concerns.
"We all have the ability to successfully deal with challenges, we just have to find our courage and use it.”
